Hello Friends, I received an interview call from Infosys, Chennai for an HR vacancy with them. I am presently working as an Assistant Manager - HR in an MNC. I have over 5 years of experience as an HR generalist. Could someone provide me with information about the career progression in HR at Infosys? Additionally, can someone shed light on the HR hierarchy there?
They have offered me a Senior Associate - Team Lead position. Is this equivalent to a Senior Executive role? Please help.

I have completed my MBA in HR. I want to know which companies could help us learn different HR operations like recruitment, training, and performance appraisal. I would like to learn all aspects of HR within 2 years. How is it for a fresher as an HR in Infosys? There is hardly any information on HR jobs at Infosys. Can anyone please help?
