I have been a Marketing professional for over 30 years and held the position of GM. I have been actively consulting for over 10 years, offering services in Management, Marketing, and Training. I must say that the presentations are indeed interesting, regardless of the source. I have a couple of comments I would like to share:
1. All HR professionals need to focus on achieving the final revenue numbers rather than just sharing information. It is a valuable and practical concept for a young HR professional to aspire to reach the top cadre.
2. HR plays a crucial role in establishing an effective organizational structure. It is essential for HR practitioners to truly develop their skill sets in the realm of human resource management. In my experience, I have encountered very few HR professionals who genuinely prioritize these core HR activities.
