Hello Iam really confused about the provident fund formalities at the time of joining..Do i need to fill only form no5 or have to fill form no-2 also.

Dear Mahal,
Form 2 - Nomination & declaration form to be Submitted for new joinees by the employer to the to the PF Commissioner / Local Office.
Form 5 - Return of Employee qualifying for Membership which need to be submitted to the PF Commissioner/Local Office.
Both forms are need to be maintained while a person is joining to an organisation.
