Hi,
As we know that DA always revised twice in a year in the Januaray and june.So we have revised it as per Govt report which will publish in the Month of the Feb and july.
Here we are confused that already we have paid the daily wages to the contract labour for the month on Jan and feb, But in the Month Of March we to give the Arrers for last 2 months. Is it right to give them arrers?
Plz guide me How can i proceed wid that....Bez finding problem in giving the wages to them with revised DA.
Its urgent.....
