I am PEEYUSH JAIN, I was an employee of ABBOTT INDIA LTD from AUG 2006 to APRIL 2008 and my PF account detected from BOMBAY corporate office . I have resigned the job in APRIL 2008 and I did not collected the PF amount so far,
But I have the appoinment letters and most of the Pay slips with PF number mensioned.
Now I wanted to know, how to get my PF money from PF office, I want to know the procedure to get my PF money without my company letter. Please help.

Dear Peeyush,
I think you may visit EPFO on google and download PF withdrawal Forms. there are around 3 forms which you need to download and fill.
Next step is to sign those forms providing your PF no. and Bank Account number in which you Need your money to be transfered.
Next step is to send this form to your office where you were previously employed.
Mind you that your PF formalities will start after 2 Months of leaving your job.
That is the official rule. And there is requirment of your company letterhead for what so ever reason.

Hi peeyush,
you can get PF without interferance of your last employer, Procedure is given below:-
Fill the pf withdrawl form (form -19)
Filled form must be certified / attached by the any gazzested officer he may be
CMO
Branc Manager of any govt bank
MP / MLA
any gazzested officer in govt sector and send to the RPFC (Regional provident fund commissioner) with whom your fund is deposited

Hi, I am Rahul B Panchal. I was an employee of DBS Cholamandalam Securities Limited from May 2008 to Dec 2008, and my PF account was maintained at the Chennai corporate office. I resigned from the job in Dec 2008 but have not yet collected my PF amount. I have the appointment letters and most of the payslips. I do not have my PF Account No. Now, I want to know how to claim my PF money from the PF office. Please provide guidance on the procedure to initiate the PF withdrawal process.
