Dear Friends,
Hello!!
My organisation wants me to recruit people in different areas related to production as well as staff positions.
I generally go in for job portals like "naukri.com" and some other local job portals. I also use methods of direct recruitment, ads etc. in sourcing resumes.
But right now I am facing lot of problems in recruitments as I am not able to source the right kind of candidates especially for middle level management.
Can someone please guide me as to what other methods of recruitments are used in organisations. I need this urgently as my targets in recruitments are constantly increasing.
Regards,
Vinita

Hi Mahalakshmi,
is it ok to work with a number of consultancies?? We have subscribed to monster & most resumes sent by consultants are from monster. Secondly, being a media company, we have very specific rqmnts. I currently work with 5 consultants, and have a requirement of around 20 employees in the next 2 months. The requirements are in marketing, sales, creative, client servicing, technical (for our studio) and other general staff like admin, receptionist hr etc. I am alone handling recruitment & totally stranded. Please suggest...

Hi,

If you are looking after entire recruitments in your organisation, I think its absolutely must to have 8-15 consultants on your panel depending upon monthly requirements. Should try to have those consultants who are specifically catering to your industry, I am sure you will be benefitted by this a lot. Like we have 12 regular consultants. In addition to that job portals ,internal references, networking would also solve your problem.Try giving some attractive advertisement in leading newspapers if you can because as per my experience of recruitments, these ad attracts good candidates.

Thanks

Hi,
Please get in to some job posting and have a internal reference and you can check it in google for Middle level Management profiles.
If you tell me what type of requirements you are handling i can help with some profiles...
Thanks,
