Dear Medini,
I am not from D'dun (I presume it stands for Dehradun). If your English is not good, you may have a problem in understanding the Tutorials available at Google
You may find Tutorials in Hindi at <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) found by searching the web at Google
Similarly, if you search for English Tutorials, you may find some material on the web.
How conversant are you with the use of computers and searching the web using Google? Have you got Skype? You can drop me a private message if you wish.
