I am working in the service industry, and we have factories in three places in Tamil Nadu. Presently, my company (under both the S&E Act and Factories Act) does not have any HR policy or manual. So, I am planning to write policies for both the S&E Act and the Factories Act.
Please guide me on how to write the policy. Is there a specific format available? Kindly send it if possible.
