Hi Mahesh, thanks for your reply. I did the same but was not able to find something that can help me. I actually want to identify potential attrition cases and prioritize retention efforts. Can you help to design something that will not only help to retain but also to identify the probable attrition cases?

Hi Pooja, as we all know, insurance is a very volatile market. Before designing anything, you need to identify various reasons for attrition. Only then can you come up with a plan that can move forward.

Understanding Attrition Causes

For your understanding, please note that attrition can happen due to:
- Lack of training
- Improper man-to-man handling
- CTC offered... etc.

You need to find out with proper feedback which reason is the most dominant among all, and then start building a plan for the same.
