hi all,
I am doing btech in information technology getting passout in 2010 , i am giving campus interviews in my college ,here the list of companies in which i have appeared ,
1.wipro 2.TCS 3.infosys 4. interraIT 5.R Systems 6.MothersonSumi infotech
But ,i could not get selected in any company , i am constanly doing my work , but i dont know where i am lacking , and now my patience broke down , i lose all hope
Please give some advice , now i am thinking , i dont have any carrer , and i will not be select in any company, what should , i do , please give some advice , i am eagerly waiting

Don’t give up like this yaar….. Its campus recruitment process and we all have gone through such situation during CRP…
You have to be confident ……and believe yourself…..there are so many companies….you can get selected in any one of them apart from these companies…keep yourself ready for upcoming interviews, written tests etc. Do self analyses…..you will find out where you are lacking…
I am sure you will get good placement very soon…

Friend, do a self analysis
Sit down with a notebook and write down all the interview questions (all wch u remember) with each company. After that rate yourself on how u answered. You are the best judge.
Secondly, if you have close friends who are also giving these interviews discuss with them your interview experiences and ask them what they think honestly.
Lastly, dont get discouraged. You r just getting started... Have pateince and work hard. You'll do good..
