My company is newly established just crossed mandatory no of Employees for PF Deduction, till date our employees were getting full salary i.e. (after deduction of PT and Tax) there was no statutory deduction. But hence forth we have deduct PF, since we are in the concept of CTC we have to deduct both portion from Employee only. Can u suggest me how will be the salary structure then (please give me one example for 50000 p.m. salary)
Our Current Sal Structure is:
Basic 25000
HRA 12500
Conveyance 800
Special Allw 10450
Medical 1250
Total 50000
Less :-
PT 200
Tax 5000
Take home 44800
