Your comments about the quantum of Gratuity are not correct because you have mentioned 15 days' salary for every completed year of service. There is a formula for calculating gratuity as follows: Last drawn monthly salary divided by 26 * 15 * number of years of service. If you are using this formula for calculation, it will amount to more than 15 days' salary.
