I am currently working as a Senior Executive Admin, below are my current responsibilities:
1)House Keeping
2)Liasoning with Govt Offices.
3)Stock & Stationary
4)Office Maintenance
5)Vendors
6)Handling Events like office picnic,Annua; day celebrations,Guests
7)Hotel booking/Air-Road-Train Bookings.
8)Setting up of new offices/Guest Houses
9)Coordinating with Architects if any Office Interiors changes to be done.
10)Canteen Hygiene
11)Maintenance of Office cars/Booking of vehicles.
12)AMC
As i am planning to move my level as Asst.Admin Manager / Admin Manager, what are all the additional qualities / responsibilities that i should possess.
I need your valuable suggestions.......

yeah, you will need to concentrate more on the statutory bodies. in addition you will need to know more about safety and security measures. there are number of sites which will help you educate on these measures. thanks
