5.the organisation rigidities
6.the government regulation
7.the lack og customer responsiveness
8.the alck of information .technology
9.the lack of information on market
I need a questionaire to test the degree of importance of each factor in iranian firms (private sector). I am be glad if you send me this because I am sure about the validity of the questionares that you provide.
