I want to know about the registration procedure for a trust for Maa Durga Mandir.I am a postgraduate in science and have little knowledge of laws.In beginning since my father contributed a good sum of money from collection the land was purchased in his name along with two more persons.Now since the puja has completed it's 5 years i wanted to know the details for registration and how to go ahead for the formation of a commitee so that a fair management should be headed for the proper functioning of the commitee.Also an account could be opened in the trust name for proper finance dealing.
