I am in need of a salary reconciliation after finishing the salary i have to provide a reconciliation which must show that the salaried paid to the employees are reconcilied.

A simple format for salary reconciliation is shown below
example to reconcile salary for this month - april
salary for the month of march - gross salary (rupees----------)
add salary of employees not included in the march
less salary of employees not included in current month
will give you the salary for the present month
