See there is lot difference in M TECH & MBA (BIO TECHNOLOGY), If you want to go for PHD then 100% go for M TECH, But If you want to go for better prospects then go for MBA in Biotech as you get both Management & Biotechnology degree & Knowledge at same level.
If you want to go for research then opt for M TECH
