hi,
in case of death of employee due to fatal accident the employee is paid as = average salary of last 12 month x 50% x relevant factor.....
this is nomral scenario
need clarification on followings...
wht is the calculation of of monthly salary/wages.
which all components of total salary are included in calculating the monthly salary
the govt employee do hv the pay band eg....in scale of rs 11250-700-18950-eb-700-21750-750-22500. wht does this mean?
