a very good morning..
we, at our organization, would be delivering a training on 'Role Clarity'.
can you all suggest some good title for the training.
the name/title of the training should be thought provoking for the participants..
it's goin to be an 8hr session. and the objectives are understanding the importance of having role clarity, consequences of role ambiguity, tools which can be used to clarify the role etc etc..
waiting for ur ideas..
pls suggest..

Hi Megha,
I guess the training that you are talking about will eventually help the employees in working efficiently as there roles & responsibility will be clear cut.
So i think "Working Smart" is quite suitable. As eventually, with clear understanding of the roles &duties, employees will be to perform smartly.
I would let you if anything else comes to my mind. But This was the first thing that came to my mind after reading the description provided by you.

Synergy is when the result is greater than the sum of the parts. Synergy is created when things work in concert together to create an outcome that is in some way of more value than the total of what the individual inputs is.
