Dear All,
Please go to the nearest EB Office in your town or city. Ask for the Electricity Connection Ownership transfer form. They will provide you with the form, which is readily available with them. Just fill in the seller details, buyer details, EB Connection Details, along with the transferring charges. Surely, within a week's time, it will get transferred to your name.
Similarly, for changing the EB Connection from Domestic to Commercial rate and having the contracted power supply, follow the same procedure. Take the lease/purchase deed of the building or rental agreement paper, and draft a letter on your company letterhead stating your request. Your connection will then be shifted from Domestic Usage connection to Commercial Connection.

I spoke to the EB Officer about changing the EB connection from domestic to commercial rate. He told me to write a letter to AE for changing the connection. I am requesting you to give me some inputs on the letter format.

I am attaching the simple format for changing the tariff from Domestic to Commercial. You can modify and take the printout on your office letterhead and submit the same with the requisite fee cheque.
After making the changes, please provide the correct procedure to be followed for changing the tariff to all our members.
