Hi Yuv,

I can suggest that you go through some of the recruitment forms of companies. Based on this, you can start building questions as well on what data you collect from the company and how the company follows the recruitment policy.

Hi Yuvabala,

Recruitment Process is a vast topic. For your project, you need to narrow it down to a particular aspect to do a meaningful project. Visualize what exactly you would like the end result to be. If that is clear, then you will be able to formulate questions better, and many unproductive questions can be avoided. Keep your questionnaire to about 20-25 questions at the max. Avoid questions that need the respondent to write paragraphs or be subjective.

Wishing you the best.

Regards,
Sajan
