Dear friends,
Our company is just growing company and we have planned to identify “Best employee” from each department and the employee will be awarded for that. I am supposed to come up with the parameters to judge it.
In this regard, I need your help to come up with the parameters. Kindly help….

and u have to add some other this wat i k now bye

Dear Hrx,
The parameters to be used for selecting employee of the month/quarter/year should be built around the "values" of your company.
If your company does not have value statements then base your selection on the basis of desired soft skills and competencies for your company.
This would help you to reward the desired behaviours and reinforce the same across the organisation.

Work Related..this will help to capture necessary inputs...rate 1-10 and NA (low to high)...

With the help of the below parameters try preparing a Employee Recognition form and get it duly filled by the responsible person. After that display a photocopy on the notice board which clearly states the reasons for selecting so and so employee as Best performer for so and so reasons
