I am currently working in Manufacturing company as an HR professional.
I am having 3 years+ experience in HR field.
I am a graduate in B. Sc.( Physcics ) Master in Management Science ( HRM ) +Master in Labour Law & Labour Welafare & currently persuing L.LB from Pune University.
If I could get any opening to work as a fresher also in as an IR officer / Exceutive I am keen to grab the same.

IR opening are less , keep youself open for corporate and handle IR issues
And Market is just opening , nobody is resigning nowadays , people are understanding the importance of stability and sustainability . And specially people who are working in good companies will not resign for 1 year at least .

I dont think its wrong , Pshysics to HR and law. No degree is waste .
He can get good opening in science related organization where he can manager HR role and also having law degree helps any body specially in HR career.
