Hey everyone,
I would appreciate anyone's feedback on whether I should go in for a CIPD or SHRM certification. And what is the difference between the two?
I am currently residing in Abu Dhabi and working as Office Administrator with responsibilities including HR admin related work. I want to use this opportunity to get a certification in HR so as to make progress within the organization.
I am a Graduate in Psychology and although considered doing my MBA, I find myself more inclined towards HRM / HRD instead of a general MBA.
Any advice would be appreciated. Especially someone who had already done either of the courses.
