As the work there can be monotonous, make sure they are motivated by any means, such as money, appreciation, applause, or by making them the center of attraction on a particular day. Organize group meetings or knowledge-sharing discussions so that those who perform well can share tips with others.

HR policies differ: These employees should receive incentives based on performance. This could include food allowances, transport allowances if they are commuting on their own, etc.
