Dear All,
I have compiled some questions by which i try to get the somewhat real feedback from ex employees.
Though you may find some questions repeated but that how we can get the answers of most of our concerns.
Still, suggestions are invited.
Hope u'll like it

My views - Your efforts and interest are really appreciable. However, I personally feel its too lengthy and subjective. Can make it more userfriendly.

some of these questions, are too personal i think , as in some companies, it look like they want you to go, or the culture, environment are not up to the standard so youa re leaving, then what do you say, you love the company. i need some imput on this idea. When we are leaving a job - it is because we are not satisfied primo right.

Hi Vina,
The questionaire can be redrafted the way you want to put questions.
If we ask a person to leave the job or if he resigns himself we just try to find out ways to overcome any repitition of circumstances for those who r working.
At least we can do some homework and improve our processes. Since this form has been introduced in my company, the only way people leave the job are out of their poor performances as we have tried to overcome all independent variables.
Many time people leave you in doubt but many times you get surprising answers from them. So such questions should be put in very diplomatic ways and not exactly the way they r written.
