I am a 3rd semester mba student specializing in HR and Finance. And am required to do my final 2 months' project from next month onwards.
I would like to combine both the specializations and come up with a good project. Is that a good option? Also suggest me as to what all parameters can be taken to combine the two .Otherwise also, please suggest some rare and interesting topics i can work on.

Yes Ann...It would relly be a good idea to combine HR with Finance and you can take up a project on HR Costing which is a combination of Finance & HR. The other option could be going in for Workforce Planning.

Hi All. I am also wanting to combine Finance and HR for my master thesis, as I am following both programs in the same time. I am still looking for subjects and i was thinking to focus on the influence of executive payment on firm's performance. However, i am open to any other suggestions
