As everyone knows, a significant number of people lost their jobs in the US. In such a scenario, you are talking about appraisals! I really don't understand it. Also, the predictions for 2009 that you are sending at the end of 2009 seem to be for 2010. Haven't you considered that the recession started in September 2008?
