Hi all,

Just attaching and sharing some stuff I have found for "Theories of Motivation." Some of them are old, but I have found them useful in helping trainees understand what motivates them. Please do tell me if these are any good and if there are more current ones that I can add.

Thanks. Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Dear Richa,

Thank you for providing such valuable theories of motivation. As per my knowledge, these motivation theories are the basics and also the most important ones in understanding motivation.

The core content is adequate for the initiated and the inquisitive to grow more in a process spurred by internal and external forces. This discipline is fathomless, so you have done a splendid job of squeezing out the essential and bringing it to the fore. Congratulations on a great job.

Hi Richa,

Thank you for reminding me of the good old days during my studies at the university. These theories are not only old but still relevant for the contemporary situation.

With best regards,
