On of my colleague have recently given resignation to his previous organization & joined its sister concern wherever PF / ESI is not applicable. He worked in previous organization around 11 years where PF / ESI was deducted. His questions are:-
along with, what benefits/ possibilities he can utilize with his PF?

- That Pension will be start with immediate effect or there is time limitation i.e. after 58 years ?
- How much pension shall be received on monthly basis ?
along with, what benefits/ possibilities he can utilize with his PF?

To get pension, an age of minimum 50 yrs is to be completed. But at 58 yrs we will get full pension. Before that we will lose 4% on pension amount, for each year below 58.
To calculate quantum of pension, the following details are required.
1. Date of Birth
2. Date of Join in EPS
3. Date of Exit from EPS
4. Salary on 16.11.95
5. Break in service before and after 16.11.95
6. Salary at the time of exit from EPS
7. Date of pension requirement
