I have joined an infrastructure company in Hyderabad as HR. Previously, there was no one handling all HR activities, and now I have to initiate and manage all HR functions. I am feeling confused about how and where to begin.

Sweta, in fact, even I started in a similar way as you are now. In my company, we never had an HR team. In fact, it is challenging to start a department where we will be the key player. Check on the policies (if any) so you can start with setting the policies for the company.
