Hi,
hope you all are doing well!
I want a proper mail format regarding-like nobody in my organization especially seniors are not reverting or you can say not providing approval to their executives on there leave application etc....its quiet difficult for our dept to understand (HR) whether its a approved leave or not.
Please do reply!

Hi!
You can also have a leave application format where the employee fills the forms, gets it signed from the senior and submits to the HR department. These forms can be kept in the employee fills for reference.
And make a rule that any leave taken without seniors permission will be considered LWP>

As per your point you can use hard copy of the Leave application and get the aproval on that application. it would a easier way of aproval and very well mannered.

Make a format for leave requisition in XL OR WORD. NAME, DESIG., DEPT. TYPE OF LEAVE, FROM - TO, NO OF DAYS, SIGN AND DATE. THEN RECOMMENDING AUTHORITY,AND HRD DEPT.
