Is there any Slab system in Gratuity Calculation. If yes, please explain with example

10 years and above
15 years and above.
If employer ask for resignation and employee not given. And after some days, employer oral tell don't come to office. In this case, what employee has to do. Employer is not given any notice. This kind of case, can employee ask for one month notice pay and one month (instead of 15days) for grauity calculation. if yes what was the section and whom should he approch.

There is no slab system for gratuity.
The oral communication for not coming to office is not legal. The employer has to give a written notice for termination. If the termination nis with immediate effect, the employer would have to pay the notice pay as per the terms of the appointment letter.
The employee can ask for notice pay and settlement of other dues.
