SInce this matter is with court,no management is going to take you in,even if they have soft corner for you,as this will creat a complet disturbance,since you had already approcahed court either wait for the decision(which may take a very long time) or search for new job,since you had not mention clearly on what ground they had terminated your services it is difficult to tell how strong your case is.But this is for sure even if lower court passes the order in your favour,company will surely go for appeal in higher court.
regarding your question on legal hassel,if management provides you job,than this will weak their case.Hence they will never do this.

Please help me out. I am an Mba in finance.I had given interviews in top Mnc . And I am through with intails four arounds of interview. I could't clear the final round and it is happen three times with me. I have lost three wonderful opportunities. In those interview , they asked me question like what is team to you? Tell me any experience were you had given an adive to somebody? I had given fair enough replies, but still they haven,t selected me. so, please give me some suggestions regarding facing operation round of interview.

One more thing nervousness is quite common while trying it.But donot worry it is natural and will go away after practice only.
