Dear Gayathri
It is good that you received a very good PPT from your friend.
I guess, he must have downloaded it from this site itself !!
In fact it was a much appreciated popular PPT - even my compliments are there in one of the post.
Before posting this PPT, did you check this site, whether it has been posted before ???
Kindly follow the "posting guidelines" of this site, when you post (or rather dump) your next PPT received from a friend.
Here I am appending few links to the earlier posting of the same PPT under different titles in CiteHR :

The above references are only illustrative and not exhaustive.
Although, one may keep on arguing that it is good to keep on sharing and disseminating the knowledge etc., but most will agree that it accounts for greater knowledge if we keep learning new things; rather than spending time in downloading and watching the same 'good' PPT over and over again ad nauseum.

Check out where Shikandi lies in the ppt. i believe he should be part of Kauravas and not Panadavas. Is that true ?
Dear Rajkumar,
Do you know "Ramayan" & "Mahabharat" said to have happened before
3000 years ago is recited even now repeatedly in temples/festival times.
Does it mean all the listeners of this discourse does not know these
epic before. Good things should be repeteadtly highlighted to keep
the mind jumping under control.
Further, most of the new users would read only the current threads
and wont search all these things. Good things have to be taught often
and most of the people won't go to gud things on their own.
You have wasted time by searching all the threads in this topic to
rag a new comer. I am very sorry. Please dont discourage these kind
of things in future please.
Hi Gayathri,
Good one. Keep on posting whatever you feel. There is no limit to
thread whether it is posted earlier or not. keep going. best of luck.
This thread might have missed hundreds of new comers which would
help them. Team spirit ................

Dear Rajkumar...
I've been active just a week now on this site...
I've already seen you being a CRITIC twice for members who have REPOSTED certain items in the last 2 days...
Pls understand... it helps new active members who havent read previous posts...
I'm not being harsh in my above words.... I'm just requesting You to be 'Less Critical' of others... So please spare the member who reposts certain items.... OR....
As the moderator suggests -Jot him a one-liner private message and inform him... Probably the next time he'll check before he posts an item....
Peace be with You an have a nice day.... Lionel

No, dear friend.
Your "belief" needs to be amended.
Shikhandi was the arch-enemy of Bhishma, and s/he took birth as Shikhandi only to avenge the insult of her father, sisters and herself in her previous birth.
Shikhandi was always against Bhishma and Kauravas; and a "born" ally of Pandavas.
Warm regards.
