Hi All,
I am working for a newly launched staffing company(recruiting firm) and we are looking to set up the process, and I am finding difficult to allign the process. So i would request all the senior members,if you could help me to better my process in a more defined way. That would be of great help.
My bad luck i am not able to draft the company intoduction letter/proposal letter properly to my satisfaction and was trying to browse all the sites to atleast get few samples, but unfortunately couldnt find any sample letters.
To my surprise found this site and thought this is a good way to request help from the senior most people in the community.
Thankyou for this site for providing this oppurtunity to post a blog.Thank u one n all.
regards,
Sushma.

Hi Sushma,
It would be difficult to design proposal/introductory letter for you since the USPs of your recruitment firm, its niche offerings, strength, history, etc. would be best known to you, you being associated with it.
However, in terms of broad guidance, you may include the following :
1. Inception of the firm
2. Strengths
3. Types of recruitment
4. Levels/Positions served
5. Industries served
6. Staff advantage/profile
7. Service Offerings
8. Quality of candidates
9. Service Timelines
10.Service Guarantees
10.Payment Terms
In case, you think something else needs mention, you could go ahead and mention that. Remember, there is no fixed format of such letters and each firm will have its own 'story' to tell.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sushma,
Welcome to Great Learning Forum – CiteHR !
Coming to your point – Proposal Letter ; would like to thank Rahul for his comments.
Yes, Rahul is right it has be a unique in its own way and more importantly than the letter how the Clients are approached and how their issues are handled is vital to the process. Very often, have come across the Recruitment Firms who came to meet us had no idea as what our company is about and what kind of professionals do we need or the industries we cater!. Also how well you respond to their needs is also vital as well.
One may take some ideas from these links..
