There is a main plant ABC at 37P in which we manufacturing an article. It has another plant at Hardwar.

We require an industrial license for manufacturing any article which falls under compulsory licensing. Shall we require another industrial license if –

1. The company registered under industrial licensing for manufacturing article A under SSI, micro or Medium Scale or Large Scale Industrial Undertaking. If the company wants to do another business i.e. it wants to manufacture article B then whether it required fresh industrial license not.

2. The company wants to shift its 50% of plant and machinery at another plant at Hardwar without any further investment. Whether the company requires another industrial license or not

3. If the company wants to open a new plant and to do same business in new plant i.e. Hardwar, does the company requires separate license for it if the Company registered under industrial licensing for manufacturing article A under SSI, micro or Medium Scale or Large Scale Industrial Undertaking.

If the company requires a fresh industrial license then what is the procedure for it and what documents are to be submitted
