Hi Hitesh,
Use F1 in Excel and learn more. Every function in Lookup & References are explained neatly with examples in Excel 2007. I'm attaching a sample tried by me. It was actually an interview question asked by a HR Manager to me.
What function will you use to extract Blood group of an employee from Master file to another file by comparing EMP ID of both file? VLOOKUP
Try some more samples... Good luck...

Interview Question

Basic questions you ask them. This is the first thing to learn for interview questions.

For example:

Hi, what is your good name?
What is your family background?
What is your qualification?
Or, tell me about yourself.
What do you know about HR?
What is your specialization in HR?
