Hi Himanshu,
Thank you for sharing a very comprehensive PPT on Team Leading.
My suggestion here is that the Trainer using this PPT should be able to customize it for his/her Participants with adequate and relevant examples for each slide and also get a buy-in from the Particiapants as to how they would imbibe and implement the same. It will then add value or else it will remain a theory.
