Hi Himanshu,
Thank you for sharing a very comprehensive PPT on Team Leading.
My suggestion here is that the Trainer using this PPT should be able to customize it for his/her Participants with adequate and relevant examples for each slide and also get a buy-in from the Particiapants as to how they would imbibe and implement the same. It will then add value or else it will remain a theory.

the presentation about the leadership skills is great but next time make sure that while making ppt make sure that in one ppt there should maximum of 10 points otherwise it looks awkward...use bullet points ....
