No offense, but this PowerPoint is rubbish. Sending something like this to someone who is hard to manage is not going to work very well as a management strategy for improving their performance. If you're serious about it, you should try coaching and then implement disciplinary measures if coaching doesn't work.
As an aside, this is one of the most personally motivational things that I've seen recently.

I just don't understand how you guys in HR get away with your English. You said: "It is very beautiful and 'give' us motivation." It should have some subject-verb agreement and should read as: "and 'gives' us motivation." Also, your spelling of "collegues" may be a typo and should be spelled "colleagues." Hope you do better next time.

After working for almost three decades in only truly gigantic and blue-chip companies, and with an MBA from one of the IIM's, and other credentials from nationally reputed institutions; I do not need to.

My post was not meant to solicit goodwill or praise from you; it was a protest. Rather than paying attention and limiting your response to my feedback, you chose to attack me in a manner that only speaks about your attitude. Therefore, I am neither inclined to stoop down to your level nor find any need to indulge in personal attacks on this site - a professional public forum. Such behavior would not speak well of our professional integrity or personal maturity, and I am hopeful that better sense will prevail to make you desist from such an "attitude" of indulging in a personal slugfest in public.
