No offence but this powerpoint is rubbish.
Sending something like this to someone who is hard to manage is not going to work very well as a management strategy for improving their performance. If your serious about it you try coaching and then implement disciplinary measures if coaching doesn't work.
As an asside this is one of the most personally motivational things which I've seen recently.

Why don't u refer some post for how to write to unknow person, It is the most imp task to HR's. May be citehr site will help u to improve the same about yr statement & yr thoughts in open forum.

I just don't understand how you guys in HR get away with your English. You said: It is very beautiful and "give" us motivation. It should have some subject verb agreement and should read as: and "gives" us motivation. Your spelling of collegues may be a typo and should be spelt "colleagues". When I pointed out that this ppt has been posted many times in the past, did you take the trouble to verify ???

Please go ahead, to collect more praises, compliments and thanks, repost all the ppt's that have ever been posted in this site - if that is what you desire.. It is your choice. I shall not protest henceforth.
Thanks for your wishes, but I do not need them, as I no longer need to make a career with an employer. After working for almost three decades in only truly gigantic and blue chip companies, and with an MBA from one of the IIM's, and other credential from nationally reputed institutions; I do not need to.
