Hi Niyathi,
briefly the parameters whould be based on the KRA's set as against the achivements. The discussion should include these parameters where the manager should be clearly able to articulate the expectations set vs where the professional stands. (for example if you are doing a appraisal for a recruiter the manager should be able to put in pointers as the no. of positions visa v the number of hires. on the other hand the measure would be the efforts put in, strategies used, third party hires, sourcing to shortlisting ratio, final level rejection ratio, offers against joinees (offer declines).
