We have opened an office in kolkatta, we would like to know how can we keep a track on our employees presence in the office there and also on his performance?Any format to keep track, please suggest...urgent.

Dear Vandana,
In my opinion, you can put in place a system of marking attendance on their systems i.e. they would have to mark attendance by switching on their systems. This way you can trach their daily time of attendance.
Further, you can put in place a daily reprting system so as to track what they have done during the day. The report should cover their targets, actual achieved and the cumulative performance for the period.
