I would like to know if anyone can provide me a solution for tracking sales call made by the sales executive and thereby tracking individual performance as also finding the latest details of the clients

Sales call tracking should be ideally done with the help of formats that classify the status of the prospects in Hot, Warm and Cold categories and efficient CRM. These need some critcal understanding for effective applications.
