Hi all, this is a nice anecdote on empathy! Touching one! Recently I came across this story!

It's nothing but an old PJ (poor joke) presented in unreadable Hindi fonts. I wish one should give a thought before posting. Can you tell me a SINGLE use of this PowerPoint? Such old jokes elicit nothing but anger and frustration.

'...and he will need someone who understands."
Yes, very true. How many times have we lost our cool because we never understood the other person? In the future, we must remember that not everyone is perfect. No one wants to do a bad job; maybe the person failed because he misunderstood or misread your thoughts. So next time, try to explain in a manner he understands and give him positive signs to make him feel that his work is appreciated. Empathy is beautifully put forward in the presentation.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Nishumoni,
Thanks for the corrective action taken. Don't feel disheartened with my comments. It's just that I like to call a spade a spade.
Next time, please post something new or unknown (relatively), which makes one brighten up (the eureka moments), has a good relevant message, and which the reader can use in a work-related occasion like a training session, official get-together, etc.

No question of getting disheartened, dear! Suggestions are always welcome. Vaise, I removed the post not because it was a PJ but because of the unreadable Hindi fonts! Check out one of my previous posts, ARDF.attitude. You will find a lot of "Eureka Moments" in that!
