EMPLOYEES)
2. What HR expects of an employee. (like code of conduct e.t.c)
based on your personal experiences please suggests some point so that it may be utilised in the organisaton...

I believe that the HR proffessionals expect that the employees have knowledge of all the following..
1. All the policies of the company [generally available on the company intranet]
2. All the components of the employees salary [ generally given in the appointment letter]
And that they don't ask the HR questions which are already posted on the company intranet [under FAQ] and are clearly defined in company policies and appointment letter..
Plus the HR personnel feel that the employees should read the company circular regularly...
