I have been working in HR for a while, just graduated from HRM certificate.
I found a very nice material and would like to have seniors opinions on it, since it is a case study ( General Motors : Packard Electric Division). The Case Study Handbook is very good book which contains some cases.
I would like to have some opinions, because I believe what I came out with not like how HR seniors can come with.

Too Complex to understand and too much reading required to get to the problem understanding and hence no answers. If you can simplify this question then you can hope to get some answer.
