I am planning to pursue the "EXECUTIVE PROGRAM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IIM LUCKNOW)". This is a 4-month course, and IIM Lucknow will certify it. The classes will be held once a week in your city. (Eligibility is a minimum of 3 years of experience.) Can anybody please tell me whether it's worth doing it? Has someone heard of it or done it?

It's nice that you are planning to pursue the Executive Programme offered by IIM Lucknow. Have you completed any other professional qualifications? Typically, executive programmes are preferred by professionals holding senior positions in the organization. All the best.

This kind of courses is like a carrot flute. Either it should sound like a flute or, if not, then eat it like a carrot. It depends on what these courses have delivered to the know-how of candidates. Mere certification has no worth in this world because professionals are paid for knowledge application.
