Don't think negatively.... I like the person who knows their capability, limitations, and I am damn sure they will start thinking to do something new. It will improve the members, their thinking process, creativity level. They will try to come out here with new things if they think positively. And it's the way to know about ourselves in an honest manner. Members should accept it, then improve themselves. We are not the enemy of members or degrading the person; we are doing it for the improvement of our friends only and for fun also.
