I wanted to know the source (in case you have taken it from somewhere), so that I can access it for more such material. (I thought so esp. bcoz of the cartoons of popular management cartoonists.)

The cartoon selected are very very apt (ironic, preaching just the opposite, very very funny).
{In fact, this is the kind of stuff that I would like to see in the Humour section - meaningful, loaded with relevant message and management-related }
