here is the simple pay slip formate , which will help you to calculate your salary breeak up, just you need to enter monthly Gross amount, rest of the calculations it will calculate and gives you the net amount, so just write the net amount in figures.

Hi Shaker ,
I have one doubt with this calculation sheet , You have mention SPL All but you have not calculated PF on SPL All, as per Minimum wages SPL ALL is part of BASIC
Total Basic = BASIC + DA+SPL ALL

This calculation sheet is ok.. but as per the labour contract act.. the deduction of ESI has not shown since it is mandatory for those who are getting gross salary less than 15000/Month.. moreover if there is no deduction of ESI, there should be Medical allowance has to be shown as per the Wages act..
